Charming apartment in Steinfurt

We have four 2-room apartments available for rent. All apartments have a balcony. The available apartments are 43 square meters, 60 square meters, and 51.3 square meters. The base rent varies depending on the size.

In addition, each apartment comes with an outdoor parking space.

- Current Schufa credit report
- Tenant self-disclosure form (available as a document here)

The apartments are located at Straßburger Straße 8-18 in Borghorst, Steinfurt, in a quiet and established residential area. The location offers a pleasant living environment with excellent accessibility: shops, schools, doctors, and leisure facilities are just a few minutes away.
