New build condominiums - 6 apartment buildings with a total of 72 apartments are being built using climate-friendly solid wood construction with industrially prefabricated wall and ceiling elements (serial production). Each of the buildings has its own staircase and elevator to the underground car park, so that you can reach each residential floor as quickly and easily as possible. Each apartment has its own lockable cellar room. The houses have ground-level, covered access and a barrier-free design. For example, the bathrooms are equipped with large, floor-level showers and the thresholds of the balconies and terraces are only approx. 1 cm high.

With the design, we achieve classification in the KfW-40 efficiency house standard in accordance with the guidelines, so that you can benefit from reduced-interest loans. Low energy costs can be expected during operation.

The green roof area will be equipped with a photovoltaic system, and this electricity will be made available at a considerably lower market price.

Houses 1 to 4 are almost identical in design and each have 14 residential units with living areas of approx. 84 m² - approx. 132 m² and 3 or 4 rooms.

Houses 5 and 6 in a sheltered inner courtyard location have 8 apartments per building, with living areas of approx. 61 to 117 m² and apartment sizes of 2, 3 and 4 rooms. The buildings are identical in structure, but are mirrored next to each other.

The 6 apartment buildings and their associated access roads are arranged in such a way that the inner courtyard - sheltered and facing away from the street - has generously dimensioned green spaces and an easily visible playground for the youngest residents.

The basement will be constructed as a waterproof concrete structure ("white tank") - the underground car park, which is easy to access, was planned with separate entrances and exits to ensure rapid entry and exit even at peak times.
Around 35 underground parking spaces will be fully prepared for charging stations/wallboxes at the start, so that you will have an immediate charging option if you are interested.
Several communal parking areas for bicycles have also been provided.

The parking areas for waste disposal containers have been planned above ground, close to the houses, with the shortest possible distances to the street.

Further optional features for senior citizens and people with minor disabilities, such as emergency call facilities, etc., are available on request.
