Two practical storage rooms and a boiler room with a separate space for the oil tank provide additional storage. All the bedrooms in the basement have large windows overlooking the terrace and the garden, with a beautiful view of the ski slope. It is worth noting that the terrace door with a security lock, as well as the windows in two rooms in the basement, were replaced in 2023. With a few simple renovations, the basement can be converted into a separate apartment. Both of the children's bedrooms have water and sewage connections, so there's nothing to prevent the installation of a kitchen in one of the rooms.
