Our beautifully renovated apartment is available for short-term rental starting in October. We recommend renting it for a minimum of 8 weeks. It's ideal for working professionals, commuters, short getaways, or as a temporary living solution. Extensions are possible upon agreement. For rentals of 4 months or longer, the base rent is offered at €780. It can be rented for up to 12 months or longer, depending on availability. The apartment features high-quality, modern furnishings. Cable television is available, but Wi-Fi is not included. We ask that you treat the furnishings with care. It is very comfortably furnished, with cozy Basetti blankets, linens, and towels. The minimum rental period is 30 days. Included in the utilities:
Building superintendent, snow removal, stair cleaning (once a week), and waste disposal fees. The utilities prepayment is capped for one person in the household. No additional payment is required after the rental period. The security deposit covers potential rent defaults, damages, or the final account. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, at the time of handover. Final cleaning:
The apartment must be left clean and swept. A hygiene cleaning fee of €80 is charged upon departure. A new television, a new washing machine, and a Saeco coffee machine [upon request] are available.

The apartment is located in Garitz, near the KissSalis Thermal Baths.

Free parking is available in front of the building.

Large supermarkets and shopping centers are located within 500 meters. The city center and the spa park are approximately 1.5 km away.
