The house is a prefabricated house from the Danhaus brand. It is set in a large garden with various trees, bushes, flowers and lawns.

On the ground floor of the house is the large dining and living area with an open fitted kitchen. Next to it is a utility room with fridge, washing machine and all the house connections (gas, water, electricity and fiber optic connection). In the spacious entrance area, a checkroom offers space for coats, jackets, etc., and from here you can also reach the guest toilet and the staircase to the second floor.
