Our maisonette apartment extends over the ground and upper floors in the middle of the former official residence as an extension of the manor house. The spacious living/dining and kitchen area on the first floor leads directly into the garden area, which is part of the beautiful estate park. A kitchen island can be installed in the kitchen area thanks to the electrical connection in the floor, so that nothing stands in the way of convivial evenings with family or guests. The wood-burning stove in the living area rounds off the special ambience. Both bathrooms face north, so you can enjoy the evening sun in the living rooms and bedrooms. The apartment has another special feature: it offers the option of using one room as an office with external access for clients.

The municipality of Erkerode/Lucklum with its 800 inhabitants and the neighboring villages of Evessen and Veltheim are located in the immediate vicinity of the Reitlingstal recreational area. Regional local suppliers include farms, an owner-managed bakery, a butcher's shop and a market garden. Further shopping facilities as well as a medical center and a pharmacy can be found in the nearby town of Sickte, a five-minute drive away. There is also a connection to the A39. Public transport takes you directly from Lucklum to Braunschweig and Wolfenbüttel.
