The detached house is located in the south-east of Dorfen, a charming town with around 15,000 inhabitants in the district of Erding, Bavaria.
Situated on the outskirts of the town and therefore surrounded by extensive nature, the Isental valley and a gently undulating landscape, the location offers a high quality of life with good connections to the Munich metropolitan region.
The location of the detached house is characterized by its proximity to Dorfen train station, which is only a few minutes' walk away. The station offers connections to the regional rail network (Munich-Mühldorf railroad line at very regular intervals) and the MVV public transport network. It therefore provides a fast and inexpensive connection to Munich (approx. 30 minutes travel time). In the future, it could be even faster - there are plans for an S-Bahn connection, a double-track extension and electrification of the line.
The A 94 highway also makes for a quick journey by car. The New Munich Trade Fair Center is around 20 minutes away by car and Munich Airport is currently around 30 minutes away by car.
In the immediate vicinity there are all facilities for daily needs (EDEKA; REWE, dm, numerous other shopping facilities, bakeries, butchers and other service companies). The center of Dorfen with its historic buildings, café and cultural facilities can also be reached by bike in just five minutes.
As the second largest town in the district of Erding, Dorfen offers a complete range of services including pharmacies, general practitioners and specialists, crèches, nurseries and schools (elementary school, special school, secondary school and science and language grammar school directly in Dorfen, other types of school can be reached by school bus). The family-friendly town also offers all kinds of leisure activities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a public library, an ice rink and local sports clubs.
