Our detached property is located in a quiet residential street on the northern edge of Kronberg. Built in 1952, the solid residential building with two separate residential units and a converted attic was extended in 1961.

The self-contained attic consists of two rooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom. A door leads from the living room to the spacious roof terrace with a wonderful view of the greenery.
The house, which has a full basement, is ideal for hobbies and leisure activities. The cellar leads directly into the large garden, where there is a garden shed in Scandinavian country house style.
There is a garage for vehicles and a parking space in front.
We have used this house as a family home for many years; renovation work is therefore required.

The nearby city center of Kronberg can be reached on foot in 20 minutes and by bus in 6 minutes. From there, there is a direct S-Bahn connection to Frankfurt.
Kronberg offers a wide range of shopping and school facilities and, above all, an excellent cultural program, such as the Casals Forum.
It is only a few steps from our house to the Kronberg/Falkenstein forest. The forest swimming pool and the Opel Zoo are just a few minutes' walk away.
