Under the carport you can park bicycles and garbage cans out of sight and enter the garden via 1 lockable door. This surrounds the house. A good landscape designer has installed turf, small trees and shrubs and completely fenced the garden. The fence, the 2 terraces and the fountain basin with water and play of light are of high quality. The air heat pump is surrounded by a wall. Lights and lamps can be easily installed throughout the garden as the electrics to the carport, atrium, water basin and various parts of the garden have been professionally installed.
As you enter the house, next to the front door is the modern checkroom with white shoe and mirrored wardrobe (included in the price) and the guest toilet with floor-level shower and high-quality glass cubicle. The floors are kept throughout and harmonious in very good mineral tile quality in gray (kitchen, bathrooms and hallways). The anthracite of the stone tiles is picked up in the entrance area with the door, the carport, the wooden window frames and both showers.
The rooms with high-quality laminate flooring in a discreet wood color have pleasant underfloor heating. Also included in the price: 1 kitchen block with integrated induction hob and counter/bar, dishwasher, oven, further oven with microwave option, cupboards...all open with separate pantry.
In the bright living and dining room there are 3 floor-to-ceiling windows with sliding/tilting doors to the spacious south-facing terrace and another door to the east-facing terrace. From the hallway, 1 wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor, where there are 3 bedrooms. Adjacent to the master bedroom is 1 dressing room. One room further on is the spacious family bathroom with bathtub, separate walk-in shower and double washbasin. The children's rooms/offices are on the other side: almost the same size, also built with large windows and blinds as well as a cozy sloping roof. This is so high that 1 shelf can be placed underneath. Due to the ceiling height of 2.55 m and the generous window areas (floor-to-ceiling), all the interior rooms appear larger than the living space would suggest.
From the hallway you can fold out 1 ladder to the attic, which can be used completely as storage space (approx. 1.50 m high).
From the basement hallway you can access the office/teenage or guest room, the boiler room, where there is further storage space for cupboards, and 2 large rooms, 1 of which we also use as a laundry room. A further hobby or sports area is possible in the 4th room.
There is also space under the stairs. We have replaced all the lamps with better ones. The office, guest or youth room measures 15.51 m² and is nice and bright thanks to the double window.
The view is over a two-tiered planted light well into the greenery. From the garden, this light well is secured with a net suitable for children. The room is laid with the same laminate flooring and has a narrow, simple electric heater. The ceiling height in the entire basement is just over 2.30 m.
The purchase price includes the built-in wardrobe, the laundry room, uniform shutters and blinds, 3 bathroom cabinets, 3 mirror cabinets, the checkroom with shoe and mirror cabinet as well as further closets and white shelves under the cellar stairs in mint condition.
Unfortunately, we have to move out after a short time due to work and had commissioned everything new.
Advantages: You don't have to wait for materials, tradesmen or permits, and construction costs that turn out to be higher than expected, and you move into a well-equipped house. Nevertheless, everything is completely new. You can paint the walls and put away your treasures without having to assemble all the cupboards.
