With the photovoltaic system, we saved an average of €1,167 per year in electricity costs in 2024 and 2025, and the feed-in tariff averaged €260. The kWh price of our provider is 32.14 cents. So the savings are approximately 60% per year! The property tax for our house is less than €500 per year! Fiber optic internet is available. An energy certificate is available. The recreational and leisure value is very high. You live here where others go on vacation. The neighborhood is family-friendly and also pet-friendly.
