The price is €355 or €560, respectively, and includes a fixed monthly fee covering all utilities, including electricity, plus 19% VAT, making it a truly ALL-INCLUSIVE price.
These offices can be rented on short notice.
A shared lounge/kitchen, conference room, and restrooms are available to all tenants on the 1st floor and are included proportionally in the rental price, based on a rate of €11.00 per m².

Utilities are charged as a fixed monthly fee, meaning all utilities, including electricity, are included. Fiber optic internet is available for shared use at a cost of €12.00 per month.
