Currently, various storage units of different sizes are available for rent in the warehouse. A total of 780 square meters can be rented, with rentals starting from 80 square meters. The warehouse is 31 meters long and 25 meters wide. The highest point of the warehouse is approximately 10.80 meters, while the lowest point is approximately 4 meters (see pictures). Therefore, the warehouse has a volume of approximately 5,700 cubic meters. The warehouse can be used as a high-rack storage facility. The rental price (negotiable) will vary depending on the height and cubic meters of the rented area. The high-rack shelving can be customized for the client, allowing for the creation of both higher and lower shelving levels. Please understand that we do not rent out individual pallet spaces, but rather focus on renting out larger areas. The warehouse can be made available from September 2025. The warehouse is on the ground floor and is therefore accessible without barriers. The warehouse can be accessed from both sides by truck/car. The hall is located in the Wandlitz OT Basdorf industrial estate in a quiet one-way street. The A11 and A10 highways can be reached in 10 minutes.
