16348 Wandlitz – BrandenburgVarious units of different sizes are currently available for rent in the hall. A total of 780 m2 can be rented. The hall is 31m long and 25m wide. At its highest point, the hall is approx. 10.80 m high, at its lowest point approx. 4 m (see pictures). Accordingly, the hall has a size of just under 5,700 m3.
The hall can be used as a high-bay warehouse. Depending on the height or cubic meters of the rented space, the rent (VB) is calculated accordingly (from €10 per m2 of floor space). The high rack can be individually designed for the customer, so that higher or lower rack spaces can also be created. Please understand that we do not rent out individual pallet spaces, but are interested in renting out larger areas.
Occupation would be possible from September 2025.
The warehouse is at ground level and therefore barrier-free accessible. The warehouse can be accessed from both sides with a truck / car. Depending on the size of the vehicle, it is also possible to drive directly into or through the warehouse.

Information on equipment
The hall has light and electricity as well as a high-voltage connection. Individual compartments can be heated by arrangement.
The area on which the warehouse is located is under video surveillance and locked with a steel gate.
