It now serves as a garage for bicycles and smaller vehicles and equipment. The large, surrounding terrace was completely redesigned in 2013 and paved with travertine natural stone slabs. A garden path and a small seating area along the garden wall were also paved. The terrace offers various seating areas and spaces. There are several outdoor water taps, electrical outlets, and electric garden lighting with a remote control. In the garden, there is an underground cistern that collects rainwater and serves as irrigation water. The garden, with its southwest orientation, enjoys sunshine from morning to evening, thanks to the trees that provide moving shadows across the lawn. In 2019, the copper gutters were completely replaced, and the house was repainted.
