Information on equipment
Fiber optic internet has been applied for. The exact cable routing in the basement and stairwell as well as the connections to the apartments have already been determined and recorded.
Heating was centralized in 2022 in the form of a wood pellet heating system with a particle separator that filters the fine dust from the exhaust air. As part of this, the chimney was renovated and risers for the heating circuit were installed for the first time. Twice a year, the pellets are blown directly into the storage bag from the street using a special vehicle. Hot water is produced decentrally in the apartments using instantaneous water heaters.
