Since 2018, we have placed great emphasis on creating the best possible indoor climate and healthy living conditions during renovations. The kitchen is made of high-quality solid wood (no particleboard) with birchwood fronts. There is genuine hardwood parquet flooring (Swedish oak) in the living room and bedrooms. The guest kitchen and bathroom on the upper floor feature wood fiber insulation and clay plaster.
In the kitchen and bathroom, there are additional baseboard heaters, which are very pleasant during the cold season!
The open fireplace was fitted in 2018 with a fireplace insert featuring a large glass door, which provides several kilowatts of heating power in the winter and creates a wonderful living atmosphere in the living room.
The living room and kitchen have electric roller shutters. A large part of the house is equipped with home automation (Homematic IP), which can be further expanded. Currently, most rooms have radiator thermostats, window contacts, smoke detectors, switching sockets for night lights, a doorbell, temperature sensors for freezers and refrigerators, and a weather station. Location
Waldhilsbach is a district of Neckargemünd and is located on the south-eastern slope of the Königstuhl; therefore the journey time to HD-Altstadt is only about 15 minutes. In the other direction, Bammental and Neckargemünd are only a few kilometers away, with all schools, doctors, stores, swimming pools, sports and leisure facilities. Waldhilsbach is centrally located and yet tucked away in the midst of beautiful countryside. The house and plot are located at the upper edge of the village center to the new development area from the 1990s, close to but still away from the main road with little traffic.

The property has Telekom DSL, which is currently disconnected. Fiber optic internet was installed in 2024 and has been operational since 2025, offering speeds greater than 300 Mbit.
