Registration with the residents' registration office is of course possible or, depending on the rental period, obligatory.
The flat-rate total rent already includes the furnishing, equipment, inventory and furnishing surcharge, garden use, a private carport parking space and a flat rate for all ancillary costs, including heating costs based on year-round use with a 3-person household, cold and hot water including waste water, GEZ and Internet fees, electricity costs and the tenant's property tax.
