The quoted "cold rent" does not include the monthly rent for the 2 garages, which amounts to €120 and must be added separately.
We only rent to financially stable tenants (self-payers). The maximum number of occupants is 4-5 people.

Please note that the lease agreement will be signed with a 4-year termination clause, which also protects you as the tenant from a termination based on the landlord's personal needs during that period.
