In the surrounding areas, "An den Heidebergen" and "Von den Heidebergen," legally binding development plans are visible on the Geoportal-Wandlitz. Plans for utility connections from Edis, due to the transformer station, are available. A 1995 report describes the building ground as "a naturally occurring, sandy to cohesive soil, apparently well-suited for construction." Status: Energy Performance Certificate:
The residential building located on the property has been uninhabited for over 10 years, does not have a functioning heating system, and is being sold as a property requiring renovation or demolition. In our opinion, an energy performance certificate is not required for this building, which is currently not in use, and is considered unnecessary in this situation.
