We prefer to rent to reliable applicants with a stable source of income and a proven ability to pay. As a guideline, the total rent should be in a reasonable proportion to the household's net monthly income or a guaranteed source of funds to cover the costs. In practice, the total rent should ideally not exceed approximately 30-35% of the household's net monthly income. We are looking for a long-term tenancy. The plan is for an open-ended lease agreement with a mutual agreement to waive the right to terminate, or a minimum lease duration of 36 months. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation and approval. Please check before making an inquiry whether the total rent, security deposit, lease start date, household size, pet ownership, and minimum lease duration are economically feasible and suitable for you.
