The apartment has been specifically designed and equipped for wheelchair users. Therefore, it can only be rented to individuals who require the use of a wheelchair. This is also a publicly subsidized apartment. A valid housing entitlement certificate (Wohnberechtigungsschein – WBS) is required to rent the apartment.
