Modern commercial kitchen including a range hood. The dining area is fully equipped with chairs, tables, lamps, and curtains. New windows, including a large sliding window for outdoor service, are installed. New blinds are also in place. The kitchen has new tiling.
There is a restroom for employees, but no customer restrooms. Refrigerators and freezers are included in the rental agreement. A small utility room is available and will be shared with the other tenant.
Location
Excellent transport links - a large industrial area - limited food options, which presents a great opportunity to sell a lot of food during lunchtime! A delivery service could be offered to the companies, as there are few canteens on site. Delivery to hotels is also possible (there are approximately 250 rooms in the town...). Limited food options... The town has 5,000 residents, but approximately 8,000 people work daily in the industrial area, which is about a 10-minute walk away.
Opening hours are possible from Monday to Saturday until approximately 9 PM. Sunday is a day of rest.
