In 2021, we – Selux, the premium lighting manufacturer – had the 5th floor at Volkmarstraße 18 meticulously renovated with a focus on high quality. High ceilings, an open-plan design, and state-of-the-art facilities, including lighting suitable for computer workstations and acoustic panels, create a unique and pleasant working environment. We are now looking for a new subtenant for a separate office space.
