The building is fully developed. Water and sewage connections are available and the sewage is disposed of centrally. The house connection box is located on the property; the neighbor uses this due to previous ownership with its own meter.
The existing oil heating system (built around 1992) can basically be reactivated according to the specialist company, but requires a new burner insert. Modernization of the heating technology is recommended as part of a renovation project.
The electrical system on the first floor no longer meets today's standards and needs to be replaced (probably aluminum cables). The electrical system on the top floor was renewed in the course of the extension in 2005. A fiber optic and a telephone connection are available.
