However, don't worry, the apartment is located at the back of the building, towards the garden (you won't hear anything from the market or the subway). The stylish shopping streets Eppendorfer Baum and Eppendorfer Landstraße, as well as the trendy Eppendorfer Weg, are a 3-minute walk away. This area is rightly known as Hamburg's "Notting Hill." The Hoheluftchaussee (with various supermarkets, organic food stores, and pharmacies, etc.) is also within a 10-minute walk. Restaurants and cafes are on every corner. The Außenalster lake, with its parks, cafes, and boat rentals, is reachable on foot in less than 20 minutes (or in 3 minutes by car). In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are several parks, fitness clubs, and sports associations.
