Your room has a spacious 18 square meters and is furnished with new Ikea furniture. You have enough space for your personal belongings and even a small reading corner. The apartment has a total of 59 square meters, including a large eat-in kitchen. There is another shared room that has been rented to a young student for over a year. The apartment has a sunny south-facing balcony with a view of the greenery. You can reach your new apartment by elevator or via the historic staircase. It is freshly renovated, including a new kitchen (see below for furnishings). In addition to the furniture, bedding and towels are also provided if required.

The price includes electricity and all additional costs. There are no surcharges. WiFi 250 mbit/s included. You only have to register for the broadcasting fee (GEZ) yourself.

A cleaning service is included in the price. Every 2 weeks the bathroom, kitchen and hallway are cleaned by our cleaning lady Nancy.

A landlord's confirmation of residence (to register the residence) can be issued.

You only need to bring your suitcase. Everything else is there.

The apartment is rented directly from me, the owner. You also have direct contact with me. Compared to other providers, this "all-round carefree package" is very fair, because there are no additional costs for you!
