We would like to rent this apartment to a solvent single person or couple (self-generated wage/salary or pension/pension income), usual creditworthiness documents (last 3 months proof of income, current Schufa and rent debt-free certificate) requested. Non-smokers desired.
After a minimum rental period of 24 months, an increase in the monthly basic rent of EUR 15 per year (graduated rental agreement) is deemed to have been agreed.
The rent for letting to 1 person (consumption costs for heating and water) is made up as follows: Basic rent with furnishings EUR 715.15, rent for parking space EUR 25, operating costs with heating costs EUR 180. The monthly warm rent is EUR 920.15 for year 1 and year 2.
Initially, the rent is reduced annually in accordance with the legal requirements for furnished rentals; at the start of the rental agreement on 01.09.24, the monthly warm rent in 2027 is EUR 872.80 (subject to operating costs remaining the same).
The tenant has the right to ordinary termination after the minimum rental period of 24 months (3 months' notice to the end of the month).
