Quiet, stylish (second) home to relax in: Beautifully furnished studio/apartment, extensively modernized in 2022, in well-kept house with sunny south-facing terrace and view of a meadow.

Here you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings, take advantage of great wellness offers in the area, jump into various lakes (Schluchsee, Naturena Badesee, etc) or turn night into day in the district town of Waldshut-Tiengen or in Basel and Zurich. In winter, this is an ideal starting point for day trips, skiing, snowshoeing on the Feldberg or similar.

Brightly furnished bathroom, comfortable real leather sofa (with bed function), we provide you with a new fitted kitchen with induction stove, whisper-quiet dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge and everything you need. The spacious cellar compartment offers a nice, dry storage space as well as a power connection, e.g. for a freezer. New washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room, both appliances are also provided for your use. The house also has a large laundry drying room.

This is the ideal apartment in the Black Forest for nature-loving people for whom less is more. The apartment is surrounded by two other apartments and is therefore pleasantly "protected" even in winter.

The apartment is not barrier-free, there are three steps down at the entrance area and five steps up to the apartment entrance.

Internet connection is currently best implemented with Vodafone LTE; the property has already been connected to the fiber optic network, we are still waiting for the commissioning.

Approx. 15 minutes' drive to Waldshut-Tiengen, 20 minutes from the Swiss border, the nearest grocery store is a 5-minute drive away in Berau. For larger purchases, the discount stores in Hausen (approx. 10 minutes' drive) or the district town of Waldshut Tiengen (approx. 15 minutes' drive) are suitable.
