We are offering you a furnished apartment on two floors, which is available at short notice.
On the 3rd floor, which you can reach by elevator, you will find the hallway, a guest WC, a small children's room and the spacious living room with open kitchen, bay window, underfloor heating, wood-burning stove and daylight from the south and southwest.
From here, there is also a spectacular view of the historic old town of Greiz with its two castles.
A beautiful spiral staircase leads from the hallway to the 4th floor, which is not accessible by elevator.
On this floor is the daylight bathroom with corner bath, shower cubicle, WC and bidet, as well as the bedroom, another children's room and a storage room. A further apartment door also leads to the staircase on this floor.

The windows are thermally insulated and soundproofed. House cleaning and winter maintenance are carried out by a janitor service.
The property has a satellite system. Internet connection (in April '24): MagentaZuhause with 250 MBit/s is available according to Telekom and GigaZuhause 1000 cable with 1000 MBit/s according to vodaphone.

The well-kept property is located in the center of Greiz, opposite the district administration office and directly on the B94.
The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors, with an elevator available from the first floor to the 3rd floor.
