Pelzerhaken und Umland, 23730 Neustadt i.H. (Pelzerhaken) – Schleswig-HolsteinThis property is not being marketed commercially, but was born out of the fact that we, my wife and I, want to move our retirement home from Hamburg to Ostholstein.
Our house, which is now for sale, has become far too big for us, as the children have left home and we do not want to spend the last stage of our lives managing the property. We simply want to enjoy our retirement.
Unfortunately, we realized that there are no properties for sale that are suitable for the over-sixties age group. The corresponding infrastructure or medical and nursing care is not available or guaranteed.
Furthermore, small plots are either not available at all for our building requirements or are offered at far too high a price. However, large plots of approx. 2500 m² or more can be purchased at a reasonable price. It would then be possible to build several semi-detached bungalows, depending on the size of the plot.
As a result, we have decided to find other clients as semi-detached house partners who share the same interests and requirements for a retirement home with us.
I myself am an architect and have planned this project in such a way that it complies with the simplest building regulations and can therefore be approved on almost any building plot.
The handling and project management of the entire construction project will be carried out by me personally, as we already live here in Pelzerhaken and I will be on site every day.
Furthermore, there is the option to build a basement for every house.
