Vacation apartments and double rooms in various sizes are located in houses 2-6.
The reception is located in building 7, which also has single and double rooms.
There are also single and double rooms in houses 8 and 9.
Each room or apartment has its own parking space.
All apartments and rooms are fully furnished.

In the "Barn Anno 1880" there is an event location for weddings and other celebrations on the first floor with an area of approx. 355m2, including interior fittings with a buffet, bar, beer tap, kitchen, ladies'/men's WC and dry storage. There are 2 apartments on the upper floor, each with 150m2. Directly adjacent is a building plot with an area of 1,382m2.

The lease for the private jetty, which runs for 25 years, can also be taken over.

The hotel is currently in operation and is only being sold due to a lack of succession and a resulting reorientation.

The vacation complex is located approx. 100m from the water of Sietow Bay and the harbor.
The water hiking trail runs directly past the resort.
Sietow village is a very idyllic and relaxing place and invites you to linger.
