Style of the house The house was built in the typical 1930s style of Starnberg country houses: Georgian bar windows, shutters and a wooden façade on the upper floor. The interior was renovated with great expertise and attention to detail. Some of the floorboards were retained and the new wooden floors were designed to match the style of the house (solid oak floorboards in the living/dining area). The attic was renovated and insulated with floor panels. Cellulose was blown into the walls for insulation.
