With two full storeys, the external wall height is 7.00m and the building height is 12.00m. The construction method is closed. The permitted roof shape is a pitched roof with a 40 degree pitch. The property has two parking spaces.

The town of Griesheim is located in the heart of the Rhine-Main-Neckar region and, with a population of around 30,000, is the largest town in the district of Darmstadt-Dieburg.
Griesheim covers an area of 2,155 hectares, bordering on the recreational areas of the Hessian Ried, the Hessian Bergstrasse and the Odenwald. Griesheim is ideally connected to the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar conurbations and Frankfurt Airport via two highway junctions.
