Modern mid-terrace house, quiet and centrally located

The modern mid-terraced house extends over three floors. As can be seen from the floor plans, it has five generously proportioned rooms. On the first floor there is a living and dining area with an open kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the first and second floors. All rooms, as well as the hallways, are fitted with oiled oak parquet flooring, white plastered walls and large windows. The open kitchen contains beige-colored built-in furniture and high-quality built-in appliances.

It is located in Pfizerstraße, an idyllic path along the Ammer, between Kelternstraße and Herrenberger Straße. All daily necessities, such as kindergartens and schools, doctors' surgeries and pharmacies, cafés and restaurants as well as stores, can be reached within a few minutes on foot or by bicycle.
