This 2-room apartment is located in Greiz city center. All sanitary objects, doors, electrics and floors in the apartment were renewed in 2020. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, which costs €20 per month.

Greiz, once the seat of the smallest principality in Germany, the Principality of Reuss, has developed into a modern city, but one in which history is preserved and lived through the architecture alone.

Here you can experience three castles, a nationally important English-style landscape park of over 43 hectares and an impressive cultural offering that some much larger cities can only dream of. Come to Greiz, where the Weiße Elster river meanders through one of the five valleys and is not only home to trout and char, but also attracts many hiking enthusiasts every year.

Walking through the old and new town, you get the feeling of traveling through times of industrial revolution. Magnificent Gründerzeit buildings, inspiring Art Nouveau houses and even buildings in the Art Deco and Neoclassical styles can be found in this former residential town of one of the smallest principalities in Germany at the time.

But Greiz is not only steeped in history. In addition to one of the most important event venues in the region, the "Vogtlandhalle Greiz", you will also find several museums, an ice rink, cinema, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a library and churches of various religions - all of which can be found here.

Even though this Vogtland pearl is not located directly on a highway, it is crossed by two main roads and lies in the triangle of three highways (A 9, A 72 and A 4), which are easy to reach.
