The houses: We have designed this architectural gem using a gentle slope. There are two connected buildings, which could also be used separately without much effort. The modernized house in the style of a very large Finnish hut has a high-quality roof covering (2008; glazed roof tiles and thorough insulation), a new Nolte kitchen (eat-in kitchen), a bathroom, a fireplace and light wood panelling painted with clay paint. On the upper floor there are two beautiful small bedrooms with a total of 3 dormer windows.
Just a few minutes' walk from Straussee lake, you will find two interconnected buildings on an 800 sqm plot, cozy and elegant, traditional and modern, 145 sqm of living space on three floors. The well-insulated interior has underfloor heating and ecologically sound materials: clay plaster and clay paint, wood paneling, 2 fireplaces, high-quality Italian tiles, oak parquet flooring, oak window boards and triple-glazed windows.

The property with low-maintenance evergreen planting is located in the Strausberg-Schillerhöhe forest settlement, 6 minutes' walk from the beautiful Straussee lake. Here you will find forest bathing spots, the scent of pine trees, a cycle path around the lake (a canoe is included in the property). On the other side of the lake is the small town of Strausberg with its connection to the Berlin S-Bahn network, a unique organic food store and a modern infrastructure. There are all types of schools, including the "bundtStift" reform school, which offers education from elementary school to A-levels.
