Friendly house in a quiet location in Hundeluft

This charming semi-detached house is situated in a quiet, rural location in the Hundeluft district. The garden is relatively small and therefore easy to maintain. Depending on your personal requirements, the house could be occupied immediately or be a basis for further modernization.

The house is entered through a large hallway (17 sqm). The kitchen (9 sqm), the conservatory (13 sqm) and the living room (27 sqm) are also located on the first floor. As the heated conservatory is usually used as a dining area, the living room could be divided into two rooms to create an additional room.

The attic is accessed via a passage room (12 sqm), which is ideal as a study or play area. A small room (8.5 m²), the bathroom and the large bedroom (20 m²) lead off from there. Due to the high exterior walls, there are hardly any sloping ceilings on the top floor.

The original building was converted into a residential building (semi-detached house) in 1983. The house underwent significant modernization around 1995, when the bathroom, windows and heating system were replaced, among other things. The Jeber-Bergfrieden train station is 2 km away, from where the regional express train runs directly to Berlin and Dessau.

Hundeluft is a rural district of Coswig (Anhalt) and is located roughly halfway between the towns of Dessau-Roßlau (80,000 inhabitants), Zerbst (22,000 inhabitants) and Coswig (13,000 inhabitants). Shopping facilities for daily needs, doctors, banks etc. are available in each of these towns, which are about 15 minutes away by car.

Specialist doctors, grammar schools and extensive educational facilities, including a university of applied sciences or university, are available in Dessau-Roßlau (80,000 inhabitants) and Lutherstadt Wittenberg (45,000 inhabitants). With the historic Bauhaus buildings and the Anhalt Theatre, Dessau offers a considerable range of cultural activities; extensive shopping facilities, including several shopping centers, leave little to be desired.
