Viewings are possible from mid/end of April after the renovation. The move-in/start of tenancy can take place at short notice on May 1, 2024, but no later than July 1, 2024.

Rommersdorf is a pretty district of the town of Bad Honnef in the Rhine-Sieg district of North Rhine-Westphalia. The district is an old wine-growing village that has retained much of its charm to this day. There are many well-preserved, lovingly maintained half-timbered houses from the 17th and 18th centuries. Real neighborhoods are still lived here. On the way from the Rhine through Bad Honnef to the Annatal, Tretschbachtal and Löwenburg, or vice versa, you can experience a wonderful little corner of the Rhineland.

The center of Bad Honnef, with its diverse infrastructure of stores, doctors and restaurants, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
