Well-maintained leisure arena in Jemgum

This quiet, detached equestrian center is located on the outskirts of Jemgum, on the grounds of a former farm. It offers ample space for 16 horses in spacious stalls. Inside the stable, there is a small riding arena (8.5 m x 25.5 m). A comfortable lounge and a workshop are also available for use. The main house is not rented and remains the property of the owner.

Behind the building, there is a paddock that can be accessed via a large gate at the back of the stable and via a separate access road.

Approximately 3 hectares of surrounding pastureland can be rented upon request.
The monthly rental price quoted is a basic rent/lease, excluding any additional costs.
All utility costs, such as electricity, gas, and water, are paid directly by the tenant, as separate meters are installed.

The riding stable is located on the outskirts of the municipality of Jemgum in the Holtgaste district.
