Here you will also find a bathroom with shower and WC, with enough space for a washing machine. The drying loft, where you can dry your clothes, is right next door.
In the other half of the apartment, you will find three rooms of almost the same size, one of which has a small balcony. There is also a bathroom here, this time with a bathtub and toilet. There's no need for arguments because someone takes too long in the bathroom in this apartment ;-)
As the two halves of the apartment consist of two separate apartments, everyone is free to decide what they want to do. If someone has to prepare for an exam or has to get to work early in the morning, they can have their peace and quiet in the "sleeping area" while the others finish celebrating their girlfriend's birthday in the lounge.
Incidentally, this also works for families with up to two children. Cat owners should bear in mind that their pets cannot move independently between the two parts of the apartment because there is a hallway in between.
