In our commercial building, we offer two office spaces, plus a shared area (restrooms): one measuring 31 square meters and the other 70 square meters. The spaces are very bright and can be locked. The restrooms and kitchen are shared with the other tenants. These spaces are suitable for startups and service companies that require separate offices for data protection reasons, as well as for creative individuals, social organizations, institutions, or clubs. The 70 square meter space is also suitable as a studio or storage area. The approximate ceiling height is about 3.85 meters.
