Loft-like office for architects, designers or start-ups

We are project developers from Stuttgart and offer bright, loft-like office space on the 1st floor of an industrial building directly at Feuerbach station and Wiener Quartier. Our target group are young architects, companies from the real estate industry and start-ups.

Our idea:
Since we have our office on the floor below, we would like to address young companies from the fields of architecture or the real estate industry, alternatively start-ups, who can complement and exchange ideas in the building if necessary

The rooms have been refurbished and equipped with new sanitary facilities, new electrics and a kitchen. See floor plan for room layout.

The office space can also be rented as a shared office or partial space by arrangement.

The Wiener Quartier and Feuerbach station (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, bus) are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants and shops for daily needs are also just a few minutes away.
