I will provide you with a detailed list of the furniture I am purchasing, and we will include it in the rental contract, ensuring I am bound by it. This will include a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and so on, very similar to the pictures in this advertisement. Regarding colors, we can also decide together. The spacious living room, bedroom, and hallway feature beautiful, warm parquet flooring. The fully tiled bathroom has ample natural light and is equipped with a bathtub and shower. The kitchen is tiled, has a large window, and offers plenty of space for cooking and dining. The apartment is currently still rented, and the current tenant, who will be moving out on July 31st, 2026, will be happy to show you the apartment. You can register for the apartment.
