Charming 3-room apartment in a very quiet residential area in Dudweiler (South), very close to the university, with a beautiful, unobstructed view. Two bus stops to the university and/or Saarbrücken are within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is not renovated, but can be renovated to your own individual preferences. The apartment features high-quality beech parquet flooring. Laminate flooring has been installed in the smaller rooms. Furthermore, all exterior walls are insulated. A beautiful built-in kitchen, equipped with a new ceramic hob, is included. The bathroom is older, but features both a bathtub and a shower. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building. We only rent to tenants who can afford to pay the rent themselves. Before a viewing, we require a tenant self-disclosure form and proof of income. We only rent to non-smokers. Pets may be allowed upon request, depending on the circumstances. The building is very quiet, and 2 of the 4 apartments on the floor are owned by very friendly and helpful neighbors.
