This part of the building was built from scratch in 2000, originally for my own family. As the owner, I live on the ground floor. My son also lives on the second floor. Information on equipment
Seen from the entrance, the apartment consists of a hallway that leads directly into the small kitchen and to the left to the shower and WC. From the kitchen there is a door to the living room/bedroom with a table and four upholstered chairs for eating. A new sofa that can be enlarged is further back. The wooden staircase leads to the gallery where there is a bed for sleeping. To the left is another small room where you can sleep or use as a storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery. Mattresses and bed linen are also available.
Location
The house is located in the small manageable settlement Bruder Klaus in Cologne Mülheim. Five minutes walk to the bus. At the second stop you can change to the streetcar and then go to Stadtmitte. In 3 minutes walk there is a park where you can jog. In 10 or 12 minutes walk you can get to the Rhine where you can jog or walk along the banks for long distances.
