The listed building, which was erected around 1895, is the most striking building in the magnificent row of Wilhelminian-style houses that captivates everyone entering Greiz from Gera and Plauen. The house was renovated in 1996/1997 in accordance with the preservation order. In addition to the excellent location, residents also appreciate the bright apartments, the spacious stairwell and, of course, the elevator. The property can be reached via the Elstersteig with its Wilhelminian-style buildings and the "Weiße Elster" river flowing alongside it, as well as via Brückenstraße with its stores, restaurant, doctors' surgeries and pharmacy.
We manage the property with a second company. Companies have been commissioned for house cleaning, 24-hour emergency service, outdoor facilities and winter maintenance.

The listed property is located in the city center of Greiz, just a few steps from the entrance to the 40 ha English-style princely Greiz Park. All public facilities, sales facilities and medical practices are within walking distance.

Greiz, once the seat of the smallest principality in Germany, the Principality of Reuß, has developed into a modern city, in which, however, already due to the architecture, historical things are preserved and history is lived.

Here you can experience three castles, a nationally significant landscape park in English style of over 43 hectares and an impressive cultural offer, of which some much larger cities only dream. Come to Greiz, where the White Elster River meanders through one of the five valleys and not only trout and char feel at home, but whose valley attracts many hiking enthusiasts every year.

Walking through the old and new town, one gets the feeling of traveling through times of the industrial revolution. Magnificent buildings of the Wilhelminian period, inspiring houses of the Art Nouveau and even buildings in the style of Art Deco and Neoclassicism can be found in this former residential town of one of the smallest principalities in Germany at that time.
