Our object is an exclusive single-family house built in 2000 in log construction, with gable roof (completely insulated) and beaver-tail crown roofing.
The house was built with a lot of personal heart and soul by the owner (master carpenter by vocation and passion) from Finnish polar pine.

The house, exceptionally built in direct hillside location, fits as shown in the pictures very well flowing into the landscape.
The interior design is of high quality.
Starting on the first floor of the house with open living, dining area and fireplace, passing into the kitchen area incl. fitted kitchen,
with large entrance area, study and guest toilet.
Continuing from the living and dining area, you get directly to the very spacious terrace of the house, which is partially covered.
In the attic is the bedroom, dressing room, two children's rooms, a full bathroom and a sauna.

In the basement area is a hobby room, a guest room and a WC -shower.

The double garage is directly accessible by car from the street.

Jatznick with the zip code 17309 is a municipality of the district Vorpommern-Greifwald in the east of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. It is administered by the office Uecker-Randow-Tal with its seat in the city Pasewalk
administered. The community has about 2,200 inhabitants and has facilities for everyday needs. In the village are a kindergarten, an elementary school, as well as several clubs.  The city of Pasewalk and Torgelow, where the next larger shopping facilities are located, are only about 10 km away.

 Stettin/Szczecin (distance approx. 55 km) with approx. 400,000 inhabitants one of the largest cities in Poland.

Our object is N IC H T directly on the federal highway 109, but in a quiet location.
