The farm is located 5 km west of Verden Aller and 2 km south of the municipality of Langwedel.

Verden is located in the triangle Bremen / Hanover / Hamburg. The district has about 135,000 inhabitants and borders on the eastern edge of Bremen. The traffic connections are excellent. Verden has two highway connections to the A27 (cross connection from the Bremer Kreuz (A1) to the Walsroder Dreieck (A7)). With a free ride, you can reach Bremen in 20-30 minutes, Hanover in 45-60 minutes and Hamburg in a good hour. Verden has a rail connection with IC connection/stop. An airfield for sports and glider pilots is located in the city area, which is used so far mainly for recreational activities.

Verden is internationally known for equestrian sports and horse breeding. Agricultural business enterprises, animal breeding in general with supra-regional auctions are also other heavyweights in Verden's economic sectors.
