For sale is a vacation home in the vacation home park Öfingen.
It has been extensively renovated the last few years:
Facade painting, walls and ceiling beams painted, floors, bathroom, additional toilet in the basement, partially new electrical wiring, kitchen, beds and mattresses, sofa and the upholstery in the dining room were newly covered.
Also new exterior blinds were installed.
The complete costs amounted to approximately 100,000 euros.
You can rent the house through the vacation park by H&P, rent it yourself or use it yourself by registering a second home. A primary residence is not allowed.
Depending on which option you choose, the additional costs will be charged accordingly.

You have from here immediately in nature and can make great walks.
Excursion destinations: Triberg waterfalls and world's largest cuckoo clock, Zurich, Baden Baden, Freiburg, Neustadt Tittisee (bathing paradise Black Forest , ski jump etc), thermal spa in Bad Dürrheim and much more awaits them.
