Our stylishly furnished apartments all have a shower room, a balcony or terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen, making them ideal for students as well as for longer stays, such as business trips, or long-term stays for professional or medical reasons. The amenities include free cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a LAN connection, a guest laundry with a dryer, and monitored parking with an electric vehicle charging station, which can be used for a fee. Heidelberg's city tax is €17.50 per stay (€3.50 per day; maximum 5 days). This is not included in the rental price. Our apartments are equipped with a 180 cm wide box spring bed, a sofa bed (in some cases), and a desk. They also feature underfloor heating and a smart TV. The kitchen facilities include a coffee machine, dishwasher, induction hob, egg cooker, toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Information on equipment
You can book your stay at Maxim Apartments with a minimum duration of one month, and choose to pay monthly, weekly, or daily. There is an additional charge of €20 per day for a second person. The city tax in Heidelberg is €3.50 per person per night, with a maximum of €17.50 per stay.
A parking space can be rented for €25 per week. An electric vehicle charging station is available. Utility bills are settled monthly.
The use of the washing machine and dryer costs €5 per use. A balcony clothes dryer is available for free use on the balcony.
Cleaning of the room, including changing the bed linen and towels, as well as refilling the toiletries, is subject to an extra charge. It is also possible to have the bed linen and towels changed for €20 without having the room cleaned. Laundry cleaning supplies are available for free use. The one-time fee for the final cleaning is €100. We kindly ask all our guests to strictly adhere to our no-smoking policy throughout the building and grounds.
We speak German, English, and Russian.
Location
In addition to the castle ruins, Heidelberg has a wide variety of gastronomic and cultural facilities to offer, which you can reach within 15 minutes by public transport (3 bus lines 33, 34, 36, 37 at the Kreuzgrundweg stop within 5 minutes walking distance and 2 bus lines 34 and 36 at the "grüner Baum" stop within 3 minutes walking distance) or by car. Shops and facilities for daily needs can be reached in approx. 5 minutes.
