This cozy, fully furnished attic apartment is located in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa in the desirable suburb of Feudenheim, surrounded by greenery yet centrally located. Our bright and unique attic apartment has a special charm. It offers a wide, unobstructed view of the greenery and is very conveniently located. There is space for a bicycle in the garage. Parking is available on the street in front of the building.

The bedroom features a bed (140x200). There are 3 large built-in wardrobes for clothes and other belongings. Bedding and linens are included.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, and everything you need for cooking. You can eat in the kitchen at a small table with 2 chairs.

In the living room, you can relax comfortably on the sofa. A desk provides space for working.

Wi-Fi and TV are included.
Electricity is also included.

The toilet (may be a bit cramped for very tall people due to the sloped ceiling) and the shower are separate. Bed linen and towels are provided.

This comfortable apartment is located in a very convenient area. You can easily reach the city center (15 minutes) by car (5 minutes to the highway), bicycle, or tram, as well as the train station, DHBW (University of Cooperative Education), the university hospital, or the castle/university.

FEUDENHEIM­
Feudenheim is a very popular suburb with excellent infrastructure. Good shopping facilities (Edeka supermarket, organic market, (organic) bakeries, butchers, flower shops, banks, pharmacies, drugstore...), doctors, and restaurants or beer gardens are within walking distance.
It's worth taking a walk in nature (e.g., Maulbeerinsel island on the Neckar river) right behind our residential area.
Jogging, walking, or cycling along the river is particularly enjoyable here.
